Overview
For this project, please attach the cover page with your initials as the first page of your project. (See attached below)
You will need to download the file City Expenditures Per Capita in the state of California found at California Open Data Portal as a CSV: City_ Expenditures Per Capita
Next, you'll need the Data Analysis Tool in MSExcel to find the Descriptive Statistics of the data set. City chosen (BAKERSFIELD)
Follow every step on the cover page, initial the directions, and be sure to attach your raw data from Excel to the back of your project. Your project should be organized, and look and read as a short research paper.
Hence, feel free to number each step, and be sure to interpret your results in Steps 3-5 as stated on the project cover page. The interpretations are expected to be one sentence. (In future projects, it may be expected to write more.)
