Perform a reliability test of my research tool (data collection form, SEE APPENDIX A on activity 5). the type of study is retrospective cohort. here's the full instructions: 1. Identify the reliability test used and ensure it aligns with your study. Attached guide for reliability testing.
2. Record the collected data in Excel (Sheet 2). Recorded already ATTACHED BELOW. 3. Perform the necessary computations to determine reliability like Excel or Jamovi. 4. Present the computed reliability coefficient, ensuring it falls within an acceptable range ( ≥ 0.70 indicates good reliability). 5. Interpret the results.
