T'his is a group project, and my group member has already done the housing price trend and seasonality.
u.s. housing market insight project, Database / Data Analysis Group Size: Data Sources: Zillow, U.S. Census Bureau Total Variables Used: 10 Goal: Analyze the U.S. housing market in terms of price trends, affordability, and regional growth using Excel，etc , my group member has already finish housing price trend and seasonality, we have to finish the rest, using the excel to do the data analysis( for example the regression and t-test)，The U.S. housing market has changed a lot in the last 5 years. Home prices have gone up, it’s harder for people to afford homes, and buyer demand has shifted since COVID. It’s important to understand these changes for government planning, investment, and everyday buyers. So our project looks at past housing data to explore overall trends, where prices are rising the fastest, and which areas are becoming less affordable.etc……….
