This week's lesson will cover different statistical tests for nonparametric data that can be used to compare samples against a hypothesized population or against two options.
Here are a few clues to help you identify nonparametric data:
- The data fails a normality test
- The mean and median are significantly different from each other
- The data is heavily skewed in one direction
- The data contains outliers that cannot be ethically removed

• And tell why you chose that test.
• Use existing data if needed to tell a story
