modular construction in saudi arabia survey analysis

I have survey results for my research. The total number of survey responses was 47 out of 96 invited participants. However, I excluded 4 responses because they were unreliable. The excluded responses showed repeated answers, lack of thoughtful reading, limited experience, and low reliability, which could negatively affect the accuracy of the analysis. Therefore, the final valid sample size is 43 responses.

I need a complete statistical analysis of the survey results, including the following:

  1. Confidence Level and Reliability
    • Explain the response rate: 47 out of 96.
    • Explain why 4 responses were excluded.
    • Discuss the final valid sample size of 43.
    • Write about the confidence level, reliability, and validity of the final survey data.
  2. Descriptive Statistical Study
    • Analyze each opportunity and challenge from the survey.
    • Provide percentages, mean, standard deviation, and explanation for each item.
    • Create clear tables with numbers and explanations.
    • Explain step-by-step how the statistical results were calculated.
  3. Monte Carlo Simulation
    • Use the mean and standard deviation of the survey results.
    • Run a Monte Carlo simulation for the opportunities and challenges.
    • Provide tables and explanation of the simulation results.
    • Include normal distribution analysis.
    • Perform a Monte Carlo Simulation for both the Opportunities and Challenges using the survey mean and standard deviation values.

      Opportunities Analysis

      • Use the Top 10 ranked opportunities (O1–O10).
      • Run a Monte Carlo simulation with at least 10,000 iterations.
      • Calculate:
        • Mean
        • Standard Deviation
        • Minimum
        • Maximum
        • 5% Confidence Level (P5)
        • 15%
        • 25%
        • 35%
        • 50% Confidence Level (P50)
        • 75%
        • 95% Confidence Level (P95)
      • Create a cumulative probability distribution chart similar to the attached example.
      • X-axis = Opportunity Score
      • Y-axis = Cumulative Probability (%)
      • Show confidence levels from 5% to 95%.

      Challenges Analysis

      • Use the Top 10 ranked challenges (C1–C10).
      • Run a Monte Carlo simulation with at least 10,000 iterations.
      • Calculate:
        • Mean
        • Standard Deviation
        • Minimum
        • Maximum
          • 5% Confidence Level (P5)
          • 15%
          • 25%
          • 35%
          • 50% Confidence Level (P50)
          • 75%
          • 95% Confidence Level (P95)
        • Create a cumulative probability distribution chart similar to the attached example.
      • X-axis = Challenge Score
      • Y-axis = Cumulative Probability (%)
      • Show confidence levels from 5% to 95%.
