Also, remember when working with monetary amounts all must be entered as dollars or currency to distinguish from numbers.
T Accounts do not have ending balances or dates. There are also missing entries. Requirement 3 does not reconcile to the correct totals. Requirement 4 is incomplete. Requirement 6 does not reconcile to the correct totals. Account balances are incorrect. Balance sheet is incomplete. Requirements 8 and 10 do not reconcile and have incorrect balance amounts.
