Module one original post: To me, success is the realization of meaningful goals that build a sustainable value, which is personal through unending learning and development. Additionally, I value professionalism in service delivery among organizations that seek to positively influence stakeholders and achieve sustainability in their operations. I consider Apple a highly successful organization because of two critical aspects: innovation-based culture and outstanding customer experience orientation. Apple has always created breakthrough products, such as the iPhone and the iPad, that have revolutionized modern-day means of communication. Additionally, they retain high-end customer loyalty by providing them with the best quality products and services. In addition to financial data, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and innovation capacities demonstrate the organization’s success (Mousa et al., 2024).
It has been proven that strategic planning produces positive outcomes in the performance of organizations, and there is a strong focus on long-term vision and operational excellence. The other essential success parameters are environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and organizational resilience, which help companies adjust to the changing market conditions, retain stakeholder trust, and generate shared value to society.
