After reading the Florida Fitness Club case study and Chapter 9 in the text, review the budgets

and statements in the case study and answer the following:

1. If you had $200,000 to invest and were asked to be one of the initial investors in the gym,

would you invest and why/why not?

2. Review the revenue projections. Do you think they look appropriate? Is there anything

that looks too high or too low? Explain.

3. If you were tasked with increasing revenue by 10% next year, what specific steps would

you take? Formally cite and refer to an external source or sources to support your

approach.

4. Review the expense projections. Do you think they look appropriate? Is there anything

that looks too high or too low? Explain.

5. If you were tasked with decreasing expenses by 10% next year, what specific steps would
