Overview
I am looking for someone experienced with CIPD Level 5 assignments, specifically the unit 5CO02 – Evidence-Based Practice, to complete the full assessment based on the official Assessment Brief, Case Study (Technivara), Assessment Guidance, and Grading Grid.
Assessment Requirements:
Task 1 – Written responses (approx. 2,900 words ±10%)
- Answer all 7 questions (AC 1.1–1.5 and AC 3.1–3.2)
- Use EBP, analysis tools, critical thinking, decision-making models, ethics, performance measures, and people-practice impact
- Apply answers directly to the Technivara case study
- Include relevant theory, CIPD insight, academic research, and practical examples
- Use UK English and Harvard referencing, with at least one quality reference per AC
Task 2 – Data analysis review (approx. 1,000 words ±10%)
- Complete percentage calculations for Table 1
- Create three diagrammatic representations of findings
- Analyse Table 2 (qualitative L&D feedback), identify patterns/themes/trends, and provide at least two justified, evidence-based recommendations
- Apply findings to Technivara
- No references required for AC 2.1 and AC 2.2
