Overview
This assessment requires that students individually respond to a research activity in order to prove their ability in
(1) studying and comprehending academic literature, (2) developing an opinion by composing multiple
perspectives and (3) reaching a solid conclusion..
Overall aim:
The overall aims of the assessment are to ensure that students can assess the perspective of owners, lenders, and
operators by assimilating the hotel asset manager’s role in connecting those stakeholders but also develop an asset management plan for a property’s analysed needs.
