Title: leaders Perspective on financial management, organizational sustainability , and stake holder accountability within Non-profit African American Religious Intuitions
( focus on the business and not the leaders)
- Theoretical ? Conceptual Framework ( Remember my study focuses on CSR integration , financial management, governance, and accountability).Not transformational leadership does not directlyexplain financial governance or CSR decision process. I need to look for a CSR or nonprofit governance framework as my primary guide.

- Significance of the Study (brief explanation):
In other words, this needs to be strengthened by explicitly stating how findings inform nonprofit financial governance practices, guide CSR investment decisions, improve accountability mechanisms, reduce organizational failure risk.
- Problem Statement aligned with a problem in your field of study: A strong problem statement identifies a verifiable issue supported by recent peer-reviewed literature and explains the consequences for your field if unaddressed (safety risks, inequities, turnover, reduced performance). A problem is not simply “ there is not enough research. The problem must verify that it belongs within your program discipline and that is clear enough to guide a feasible study. ( Must include relevant, current , scholarly sources to support your problem.
- Purpose Statement: the purpose should mirror the problem statement. Use language consistent with your method: qualitative studies explore perceptions, experiences, or processes. Avoiding introducing new variables, populations , or settings not included in the problem.
- Methodology and Research Design (quant students, include link to your survey instruments: (Note to Student). State your study will be Qualitative or quantitative. This study is Qualitative. For qualitative, name the design phenomenology, case study, basic inquiry). Must have consistency all across the board.
This study will use a basic qualitative inquiry design for 12 to 15 church leaders of senior administrators, board members, and those who are responsible for the financial decision making.
