Persuasive speech, topic: “In today’s society, celebrities should be treated like they are the most important members of society, even more important than doctors and presidents.” I disagree about this and my thesis is that “Doctors and presidents should be treated with more importance in today’s society, as they aid in humanities wellbeing.”
- You should include 2 supporting reasons for the topics and include one counter argument to the first reason but the second reason should not have a counter argument to it.
- You should remember to use the “general to specific” format and ensure to make your stance clear by including my thesis statement in the introduction I have already provided you with the thesis statement.
- Make sure the persuasive speech used appropriate persuasive techniques and a wide range of sentence structures, the speech has to be 2-3 minutes long if read out loud so not too long.
