Patient History and Assessment
A 11-year-old boy Michael “Squints” Palledorous has a long history of pulmonary problems by CF. Even though his medical records are incomplete he reported many episodes of pneumonia during his younger years. He was adopted at the age of 5 and he has no record of his biological family history. His parents are very active in his care and are available to aid in his treatment plan as needed. Over the last year he has experienced an increase in symptoms. Up until last year he was active in baseball and often played with his friends at a local sandlot.
