Community health challenges often differ between rural and urban populations because of variations in access to healthcare, socioeconomic factors, transportation, environmental exposures, and available community resources.
Based on your professional experience or the course readings, which single strategy do you believe would have the greatest impact on improving health outcomes in either a rural or an urban community, and why? Describe how you, as an advanced practice nurse, would collaborate with community members and local organizations to implement that strategy, and identify one potential barrier you might encounter along with how you would address it.
