- Description– describe the law and provide the year the law was enacted.
- Court Case(s) Influential to the Establishment of the Law – you may use a past or current court case related to the law.
- Importance of the Law – why is the law important?
- Workforce Application– describe how the law applies in the workplace.

Part 2 - the class will choose any legal case within any chapter of the course textbook. Case Studies are located within each chapter. Students will be required to read, analyze, and submit an analysis of a case. You will answer the questions at the end of the case and submit them, which you must include
- Title page (include your name, title of case study, chapter, and page number)
- List question # before each answer.( the questions are at the end of the case study )
- Use terms, evidence, and concepts from class readings, including professional business language.
- Must include a References page.
- Cite the textbook per APA 7.
- Format your paper according to APA 7.
- Students will submit the assignment through SafeAssign.
- Students should not have a similarity report greater than 10%.
