Background: "Battery as a Service", abbreviated as BaaS, is a sales model provided by NIO based on its unique battery swapping technology. Unlike traditional electric vehicle sales, NIO's BaaS sales model separates batteries and cars for sale. Consumers can choose to purchase only cars (excluding batteries) and rent batteries. This can greatly reduce the price of first-time car purchases
Research Question: What is the impact of BaaS's sales model on consumer purchases? How to optimize the BaaS marketing strategy .
