Part 1: Elevator pitch
Define your personal brand. Choose a handful of qualities you want to be most known for in your career. List 4 or 5 qualities about yourself (traits, skills, knowledge), and develop a clear value proposition about yourself. Write a statement that emphasizes your primary quality while including the other important qualities you have chosen (this will be your elevator statement or pitch).

Create a narrative (story) about yourself that highlights these qualities, and your identity (e.g. https://www.roybaladi.com/aboutme). Identify critical content that supports your personal brand identity. The narrative about yourself should be no more than 3/4 of one page. It should address your past (focus on evidence of your qualities, examples of who you are, what did you learn and how did it change you), present (explain how what you are doing today works toward or relates to certain goals, what your passions are), and future (where do want to have impact, what do you want to be involved with). Write this in the form of a general cover letter.

- So 5 year plan as if I've been working for "Karinas ceviches and more" in different positions like starting in the office (HR, Finance) to the actual restaurant being a cashier and manager.
Positions/ titles: HR, Finance, Cashier, Manager
Consider your current CV and/or RESUME (for a difference between the two see https://zety.com/blog/cv-vs-resume-difference) and using your values/interests/personal assessments, industry review, and career goals as guides, identify relevant skills and competencies that you possess or have developed through your academic experience, extracurricular activity, and work experience/internship (also courses/certifications, volunteer work). Revise your RESUME accordingly and highlight the new relevant skills and competencies identified.
