1. Write a formal report on the results of your project. Include the following information in your report.
   • Target behavior identified and operationally defined
   • Summary of stimulus information, goals, punishers, and/or reinforcers
   • Baseline and intervention data sheets
   • Behavioral change techniques utilized
   • A graph of both the baseline phase data and the treatment phase data
   • Critical analysis
   • Explain the success or lack thereof of your behavior modification goals
   • Explain the most challenging aspect of making the behavior change
   • The time frame during the 14 days you were most tempted to avoid the reinforcers
   • Changes you would make if you were to have the same goal in the future
   • Include all the previously submitted sections of the project with necessary edits in your report
