During this first lesson, you have learned about what constitutes ethical and unethical behavior in organizations. Reflect on a personal experience that you had with an organization or business that exhibited unethical behavior; discuss what affect this had on you and your future relationship with that business; and suggest what the organization should do in the future to avoid such behavior. If you have not had any direct, personal experience regarding unethical behavior in an organization discuss the publicly known unethical behavior of an organization or business you use or know about. Add a paragraph that discusses your own definition of what constitutes an ethical organization. Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages References: Support your assignment with at least 3 scholarly resources. The completed assignment should address all the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
